You are provided with an experienced recruiter who can work both remotely and on site. This could be full or part time. The recruiter will represent your brand and provide a seamless approach to the candidate market.
We will own the entire recruitment lifecycle from hiring manager consultations, sourcing, advert writing, head hunting, candidate management through to the successful hire. Kona’s experienced onsite recruiter will have a track record of managing internal candidates to provide complete ownership of hiring process.
